I just heard on the news that the Judge that set the term in the first place is not happy, and wants to get the leniency over turned *g*

Arrangements after sentencing are supposed to be left to the prison authorities apparently so it's not clear yet how much he'll actually be able to change things.
But I'd guess since it'll mean a "Please Explain" court appearance we'll get to know exactly why she got let out!
